So, I have decided to go on my own "spiritual" path I guess you can say. I've taken the time to research and decided to take on Yoga and a basic yogi diet. (I will also be running at least 3 times a week) Yoga is a beautiful and very relaxing practice that many individuals do, whether it is to lose weight, relieve stress, or just because it's fun. For me, it is going to be a way for me to get more in tune with myself and to relieve the stress that school and life have on me.
So I guess you can say, every so often I will update with my progress on how I am doing with it. I will not be following any videos or taking any classes. Everything I will be learning are from things that I have found through different websites. I can't wait to start this journey to a better me!
