Everybody knows it, it's a fact. Kiss, kiss!
Hey everyone!
So, today I wanted to discuss about lipstick. I know I haven't done clothing yet, but I haven't been able to put outfits together to show you! My title is part of Lana Del Rey's National Anthem song (she is one of my all time favorite singers!)
So, let's get on with my lipstick spiel. The lipstick that is being used in the photo is called Pink Champagne by Estee Lauder, It's actually a very pretty color and probably one of the only light lipsticks that looks pretty decent on me! One thing that women/girls need to realize is that not ALL lipsticks looks good on everyone. It all depends on the colors that will pop out with your skin tone. In my case, I use mainly lighter colors or grape/reds to bring out that extra oomph in my lips.
Now, I know the one color that most girls are dying to use is Red Lipstick because it is the "in" color to use. Not sure what it is about red, but it looks fantastic when you pick the perfect shade. One of the videos that really helped me a lot was Michelle Pham's Perfect Red Lips (video below).
One thing to always remember is that Red comes in SO many different shades, ranging from light reds to deep purple reds to bright eccentric reds. So, here are some lipsticks that I use and an example of a light red and eccentric red :).

A lot of the lipsticks I use will either be Clinique (because my mom has TONS of them she doesn't use) or Sephora brand (because it is cheaper than the big brands).

So, I am officially back on this blog! Finally finished all my finals, passed all my classes, and got this amazing jacket from Victoria Secret Pink. Back home and going to be blogging my brains out this break, hope you guys are ready!
