Freeman's free's my skin!

So, I decided to use another Freeman's product: Clay Mask Avocado and Oatmeal. I know I didn't get to post about the Cucumber mask, but I didn't put it on right so I didn't want to take photos :(.
However, for this one I was able to take photos! (If you want to see a description, just look under each photo, lovelies!)

I almost forgot to take a before photo, so I do have some of my make-up remover on my face
Sad all my make-up is off!

PRODUCTS I USED: Ponds cream to remove make-up and Freeman's Mask!

I look scary :O
All SQEAKY CLEAN :D

And can't forget my lip balm *mwuah*
So, this product was pretty amazing. Usually clay masks make me break out REALLY badly right after I put them on. However, this one actually made my face feel a lot cleaner and softer. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has a hard time finding masks that don't give them a bad reaction. Freeman's has been recommended by almost all the make-up guru's I watch, so I definitely recommend it to you!

Splurge!

Finally found this facial mask! I've been to almost every drug store and nobody had it. Thank you Ulta for being so awesome!

Michelle Phan recommended using this, so I'm definitely going to try it out! Here's her video where I found out about it (this video is for a more natural make-up look, which I still need to try!):

Also got the Eos lip balm; strawberry sorbet smells so good I could eat it! Haha.

I'll do an update later tonight on how the mask is! :)

YouTube-ing

So, I know I have not updated my last post, but I promise once I figure out how I want to describe each artist I'll do it! :)

Anyways, today I wanted to show you guys one of my favorite "make-up" guru's on YouTube. She's absolutely amazing, she's helped me figure out everyday hairstyles for when I wanted a cute up-do for work and how to do different make-up styles for special events. Her name is Claire Ashely and she's absolutely stunning with or without make-up.

This video I posted is "Elegant Drugstore Make-Up Look" and as I told you guys before, I believe that drug store products can do the exact same thing as big brand names. What I really like about her is that she doesn't just show you what to do, but she also talks to you during the video telling you sometimes why she uses certain products and going step by step without speeding up the video. Before I watched her videos, I was doing make-up completely wrong and I was wondering why my make-up wasn't turning out so nice. I DEFINITELY recommend you watching all her videos.

This other video she has done is "Celebrity French Braid Bun" and this hairstyle has seriously saved me from burning up my hair from straighteners and curling irons. Although it takes a lot of practice, especially if you have never done a french braid before, it's a hairstyle that you'll want to do ALL the time. I mean, look how AWESOME it looks! I'll definitely post a photo of how my hair looks whenever I do this hairstyle next.

So, if you ever wonder how to do smokey eye or how to do a milk braid hair-do like Mary-Kate Olsen, you should definitely check out her YouTube channel! :)

Before and After

So, I know I didn't write yesterday! I was caught up with other things that I didn't have time to make a post. I plan on making two today :).

For this post, I wanted to show you what I look like before I put make up on (left) and after (right):

I try my hardest not to put make-up on everyday, I feel I look alright with none on. In my previous posts, I wrote which make-up products I used on my face. Probably tomorrow, I'll explain why I used those products and why I believe that drug store make-up can do you just as good as the big name-brand products.

FYI, I have nothing against girls who put make-up on everyday or if they don't. If you love putting it on, go for it. I love following make-up "gurus" on YouTube, that's where I learned how to put make-up on properly!

For me, it's 50/50 on whether I put make-up on everyday. It depends if I would rather sleep in or wake up early to doll myself up. I remember freshman year, my history teacher said "Make sure you dress up for school. If you look good, you'll most likely feel good!"

However, I want everyone to know that you shouldn't be afraid to show yourself off without make-up. Let people see what you really look like! If your friends or boyfriend or whoever can't accept you for what you look like, then those aren't people you should be hanging with. NEVER change yourself just because someone doesn't approve of the way you look. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. :)

First Blog Post

Hello! My name is Nandini and I'm currently a Student studying Marketing. My overall goal in life is to go into the fashion industry and be able to work in the big leagues.

I chose the title Fashion of Thrones (I wanted Game of Fashion, but it was taken :'( ) because one of my favorite shows is Game of Thrones. I mean, everyone knows Emilia Clarke pulls off the most awesome outfits and hairstyles in that show.

Doubt anyone will start reading this now, but my blog will be about anything I find to do with fashion: clothes, art, makeup, skincare, etc.

So.....I guess let the blogging begin!
